Steps

Fill out the RMA online form and send it to us.

ELMO will either contact you by telephone, or you will receive an RMA number by email.

Send the defective device with the RMA number written on the outside of the box to ELMO.

*If the defective device is under warranty please refer to the above steps. If not, a repair service quotation would be addressed to you.

Conditions

RMA / repair-conditions:
Repairs out of warranty will be returned only upon receipt of payment. In case cost estimate is not accepted, 50€ plus return freight costs will be invoiced

Description of fault:
It is difficult and time consuming to process repairs without a detailed fault description. Please fill in the field in order to speed up the repair process and avoid lengthy inquiries
